Rooted Utrecht is a community of Dutch and international students, young professionals and more! We love to welcome international students to Utrecht, to foster connections, and grow together in faith in Jesus Christ, through fellowship and worship.
Everyone is welcome to join our community, whatever your worldview or faith background. Why? Because we want to share God's love with the world. Together, as a community we become rooted, in our faith and in our city (Utrecht).

History
Rooted Utrecht was born in 2014 when the Singelkerk, hearing the great shortage of housing especially amongst (international) students, decided to turn their vicarage into a community house for students. In 2018 the Singelkerk partnered with IFES and hired a staff worker. Along the years the activities increased, and the community continued to grow.
