Rooted Lecture Wednesday, April 22:
The Ethics of Ending Life

| March 27 2026

We happily invite you to ournext Rooted lecture!

This evening will be led by Theo Boer (1960), Professor of Health Care Ethics, Protestant Theological University in Utrecht and member of the Dutch Health Council, and former member of a Dutch Euthanasia Review Committee.
He will present three clinical examples and talk about the concept of the manageability of life and discuss the ending of a pregnancy and an 'orchestrated death' (euthanasia), from both a philosophical and Christian perspective.
It will be a very interesting night, and we hope you will join us in this discussion!

We hope to see you in the Coffee Hall and please feel free to bring a friend (or two)!
